Dr Helmut Sohmen Dr Helmut Sohmen joined the World-Wide Shipping Group in Hong Kong in 1970, after serving as Legal Adviser for The Royal Bank of Canada in Montreal. He took over as Chairman of the World-Wide Group in 1986 and also became Chairman, respectively, of N&T Argonaut in Sweden and Bergesen d.y. ASA in Norway when these two companies were acquired in 2001 and 2003. Dr Sohmen is now Chairman of BW Group Limited, Bermuda, which controls his family's major shipping and offshore services businesses. Among many other corporate assignments, Dr Sohmen was previously Chairman of the International Maritime Industries Forum and of the International Tanker Owners Pollution Federation (both London), President of the Baltic and International Maritime Council (Copenhagen), Chairman of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association, and International Chairman of the Pacific Basin Economic Council. From 1984 to 2007 he was a Non-Executive Director of HSBC Holdings plc. |

Amaury de Seze
Mr Amaury de Seze joined the Board of Directors in December 2007. He has been Vice-Chairman of the Board of Power Corporation of Canada since 2008, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Carrefour since 2006 and is on the board of Publicis, Groupe Bruxelles Lambert and Pargesa, amongst others. Mr de Seze was previously on the Group Executive Committee of AB Volvo (1978 - 1993), the Management Board of Compagnie Financière and Bank Paribas (1993 – 1998), the Group Executive Committee of BNP Paribas (1998 – 2003), and Chairman and CEO of PAI partners (1993 – 2007). |

Peter D Sutherland Mr Peter D Sutherland joined the Board of Directors in July 2009. He is currently Chairman of Goldman Sachs International, Chairman of London School of Economics, and UN Special Representative for Migration and Development. In addition, Mr Sutherland serves on the board of Allianz, Koc Holding A.S. and is a member of the advisory board of Eli Lilly. Previously, Mr Sutherland was Chairman of BP p.l.c. from 1997 to 2009, Director General of The World Trade Organisation (formerly GATT) from 1993 to 1995, and before that, Chairman of Allied Irish Banks from 1989 to1993. |

John B Harrison John B Harrison joined the Board of Directors in November 2010. He is currently an independent Non-executive Director at AIA Group Limited, where he serves also as Chairman of the audit committee and a member of the risk committee. Mr Harrison retired in September 2010 as the former Deputy Chairman of public accounting firm KPMG International, where he had held key leadership positions. Prior to 2008 Mr Harrison was Chairman of KPMG Asia Pacific Region and Chairman KPMG China for six years from 2003. He has been involved in all areas of banking, finance and aviation industries for many years and major clients included HSBC, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Fortis Bank Group and Cathay Pacific Airways. Mr Harrison joined KPMG in London in 1977 directly after graduating from Durham University with a Mathematics Degree. He moved to KPMG in Hong Kong in 1983 and became a partner in 1987. He is currently Treasurer and a member of the Council, Standing Committee, HR Committee and Finance Committee of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and president of the Hong Kong Cricket Club. Mr Harrison was formerly a member of the Board of Inland Revenue of Hong Kong and was actively involved with the English Schools Foundation in Hong Kong. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

Sir John Rose Sir John Rose joined the Board of Directors in January 2012. He is currently Deputy Chairman of Rothschild Continuation Holdings and a Senior Adviser to N M Rothschild & Sons Limited. Sir John joined Rolls-Royce plc in 1984 and was appointed to its Board of Directors in January 1992, becoming Chief Executive four years later. He retired as CEO in March 2011. Sir John was knighted in 2003, became a Commandeur de la Legion d’Honneur in 2008 and was awarded the Singapore Public Service Star in the same year. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, a Trustee of the Eden Project and also a Patron of Row2Recovery. |
