Bergesen Worldwide and its various Bergesen and World-Wide branded subsidiaries are being integrated into a single BW brand. The business has now been clearly delineated into four key areas: Gas, Tankers, Dry Bulk and Offshore.

BW Gas and BW Offshore, both listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, will continue to be managed from Oslo. BW Shipping Managers in Singapore will continue to provide technicaI and commercial management of the Tanker fleet, with all parts of the group supported by a network of BW Shipping offices around the world.
